To the Kurds, Iranian and the International community
18 Jun 2009

The tenth round of Iranian’s presidential election was carried out in a vague and non-democratic atmosphere. There were no public trust in this election outcome and the hope for its “soundness” was less than of the preceding elections.

The state adopted a strict non-democratic approach devoid of any political principles, and they did not leave the public with the choice of decent participation and imposed “the most controlled election” upon all of the Iranian’s nations.

Even a number of various charade discussions on different matters in the run up to the election had taken place, but the canvassing discussions of the tenth round of presidency were not relevant to the country’s engulfed issues and problems. They were all aimed at reversing policies, demagogy and distortion. All the charade attempts were made to give a democratic coverage and legitimacy to the election and it became clearer once the election ended. The outcome of the election was what Ali Khamenei ordered in his trip to Kurdistan. Without a doubt this was an appointment in which the act of doubting would be seen as dishonesty and absolutely ludicrous. All the candidates are the essence of the established system, consciously disguising themselves with an innocence mask. They have all been the important figures of the system and have done their utmost for the continuation and perpetuation of the current trend in support of the Islamic Republic.

Now the election is over and the message behind was that the “Guardianship of Jurisprudence” is planning strategies with fatal consequences that lead our country into chaos. There is no doubt that the subject of these policies would be the Iranian nations, who have become the propaganda means of the power holders with guardianship attitudes. The Iranian nations identified this threat and decided to express their opposition and engaged in a conscious resistance to this injustice. The masses of the people identified this silence and delicate “coup de tat”, they didn’t believe in the big lies such as the huge gap between the votes, they overtly challenged the result of the election. It is a fixed election.

In countering the positions of the masses and the strata of the nations, the regime didn’t show any reluctance and once more it laid its true face naked. Observing the security forces attacking civilians upset and distress any one who has human conscious and posses the essence of humanity. None of these scenes are acceptable or is in congruent with the culture and the history of the country we live in. The election would be legitimate and acceptable when the people accept it. The fabricated numbers or results would not give it any legitimacy or acceptance. In the case where there is no check or control over the process of the voting, where there is no supervision of international institutions, the election would not be legitimate and there would always be doubt and suspicions.

This election with its comic and hilarious outcome is the consequence of the spurious practice of the political forces in power. In a place without a horse, speculation for the provision of its saddle is useless.

“In a paralogical and fallacious situation, there would never be a possibility of any true and sound election”. Both the external and internal political powers didn’t pay attention to this matter and sought to find a third way, they have long dismissed this possibility. Therefore all the involved parties have to review their functions in the execution of the election along with analyzing and reforming their approaches. The Islamic Republic has to evaluate the current risen condition and take into account the colliding consequences of the clashes of the “10 presidential election” and take a lesson from its preceding regime that apparently thought to be a “stable island”.

A none-democratic and threatening response entailing the acts of violence would not produce a positive and auspicious result for the regime or for its leadership. The mass’s protests have been escalated in scope and degree and there is no doubt it will continue in the future. The public protests have been triggered in different cities of Kurdistan and in the following days we will witness the mass movement.

Once again we declare that the Kurdish nation would not accept none-democratic or degrading treatments. The Iranian regime must stop these approaches in both Kurdistan and Iran. As a democratic party, we declare that the Kurdish nation and all other Iranian nations have the rights to participate in these civil disobedience and peaceful protests. These rights have been laid out within the framework of the international laws and charter and not a single person or an oligarchic group can deny them.

Long live the struggle and unity of the Kurds and Iranian people

Without a thorough insight into the history of the Hebrews as well as their modern history, a complete re-evaluation of the direction in which the modern history is proceeding to seems to prove strenuous; the evolution of the Hebraic throughout the history and the Jewish people as a nation and a social entity in the modern history would be flowed.

Amendments to a law punishing insults to Turkish identity which the Turkish parliament adopted on 30 April are "cosmetic and insufficient," Reporters Without Borders said today. Dozens of writers and journalists have been convicted under the law, article 301 of the criminal code, since its introduction in 2005.

Iran's meddling in Iraq

As four more rockets thumped into buildings in the Baghdad Green Zone on Tuesday, it became devastatingly clear that promises made by Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on his trip to Iraq in early March were worthless. According to reports, two of the rockets landed in Prime Minister Nouri Al-Maliki's compound but mercifully there were no deaths or serious injuries.
